ADMISSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All applications shall undergo a verification process by authorized personnel to ensure the absolute completeness of requirements and the correctness of all data provided. Applicants are hereby notified that applications with incomplete requirements will be rejected upon evaluation; however, they may re-apply once the necessary documents are secured. To protect applicant privacy, all uploaded attachments from rejected applications will be permanently deleted from the system.
Colegio de la Ciudad de Tayabas requires the highest level of integrity throughout the admission process. Any act of dishonesty—including the input of false or inconsistent data, the creation of duplicate application accounts, or the forging and tampering of official documents—shall be grounds for the immediate and permanent termination of the applicant’s chance for admission.

PLEASE NOTE: Duplicate applications are strictly prohibited. Incomplete applications and late submissions will not be considered. Your registered name must exactly match the name appearing on your valid ID and official requirements. Any discrepancy will result in disqualification from the admission examination.
