A team of student developers from Colegio de la Ciudad de Tayabas committed to applying their skills and knowledge through the development of a meaningful digital solution for their alma mater.

Our Professional Mission

Wincel I.T. Solutions is a team of aspiring developers currently undergoing their On-the-Job Training (OJT) as part of their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science program at Colegio de la Ciudad de Tayabas. Through this internship, the team is working on the CCT Website & Student Portal Development — a full-stack web system that covers the public-facing institutional website, student portal, registrar portal, and admin portal. This project serves as both a practical learning experience and a genuine contribution to the school's digital infrastructure.
